Damn, you're going to LOVE this site. COOKING.COM has a raft of info. The advice and recipes are awesome! They even have a page that does a super search of recipes by just putting in a word. Every good chef, poor chef and in-between chefs need this URL book marked!

Dole Food Company's web site has some very good information on fruit and vegetables.

Let this load up then any recipe you click on will have MUSIC! Let 'em load then check the bottom of the pages. Many have controls to play the music and let the good times roll!
