RIBS!!! Memorial Day 1998
Here I was recouperating from some minor surgery the
other day
but, mannnn, it's just not Memorial Day without RIBS!
I fired up one of my grils and smoked this batch.
I took some
of that Bordeaux Grape Vine that I got from
Homespun Peddler
and put it in a pan under my grill and let the smoke go up
through an opening in the drip pan of the grill. . . .
